Vancouver is our home base. Most of our residential work runs through here — custom fireplaces, exterior stone cladding, feature walls. The North Shore brings its own mix: larger properties, more square footage, clients building from scratch or doing major renovations. We're comfortable on high-end projects and hold the same standard regardless of the address.

Langley has seen steady growth in custom home and acreage development, and we've been part of a lot of those projects. Stone veneer exteriors, outdoor entertaining areas, retaining walls built to last on larger lots — this is bread and butter for us out here.

We work in Burnaby and New West regularly, mostly on residential renovations. A lot of older homes in this area have real character, and good masonry fits right in. Same approach whether it's a new build or a 1960s split-level getting a refresh.

Richmond clients usually come to us for exterior stone cladding and custom fireplaces, often on newer builds or luxury renovations. We work with homeowners directly and with builders who need a reliable masonry trade on their roster.

The Tri-Cities area keeps us busy. We've done stone veneer, retaining walls, patios, and more across Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, and Port Moody. A fair amount of our work out here comes through word of mouth, which tells you something about how the jobs go.
